Car Accident
Auto Insurance
covers recent accidents at 100% (No out of pocket). A referral is necessary to
start treatment. Please have your provider fax over your prescription Before
you schedule the appointment. Our number is (074)9153-4440. If you do not
have a referral from your provider, we have a physician on site that can write
a referral. Please note that our physician will need to do a complete
evaluation to write the script. The evaluation is covered under auto insurance
and there is no cost to you.
Workers Compensation
